You must not share your login details with any other person. jl697 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
jl697 is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued gameplay. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued Philippine ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or similar), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held pending verification.
jl697 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl697 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source account, less any applicable transaction fees, without crediting your jl697 wallet.
jl697 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its AML obligations. You agree to cooperate with such requests promptly.
jl697 does not accept deposits made with proceeds from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. Any such deposit will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations.
Withdrawals will be disbursed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals requested by verified accounts via GCash or Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
jl697 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in the following circumstances:
Bonus Funds that have not completed their applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Only real-money Funds that have cleared any active wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
jl697 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions presented at the time the bonus is offered or claimed. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the combined deposit and bonus amount.
jl697 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as low-risk hedging bets across outcomes), and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently closed.
jl697 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements unless there is evidence of breach.
All games offered on the jl697 platform are provided by independent, licensed game studios and are subject to the game rules displayed within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules in addition to this Agreement.
The outcome of all random-number-generator (RNG) games is determined by certified RNG software that jl697 does not control or influence. Certified RTP figures for each game are displayed in the game information panel. jl697 does not guarantee specific outcomes or winnings from any game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the operation of a game, jl697 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and to return stakes to players. jl697 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or data caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
For sports betting, sabong, and other event-based markets, the settlement rules for each market type are displayed in the relevant sportsbook or betting section. jl697 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or its result is declared unofficial by the relevant governing body.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl697 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
jl697 will report any suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or related financial crime to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and any other relevant regulatory authority, as required by Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl697's aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you into your jl697 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl697 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform, whether or not jl697 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jl697 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may request the closure of your jl697 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending KYC or AML requirements.
jl697 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl697 reasonably determines that you have breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, are subject to a self-exclusion, or if continued operation of your account would expose jl697 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In the event of closure for cause, jl697 may forfeit the balance in your account in accordance with applicable regulations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to jl697's customer support team for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause prevents jl697 from seeking urgent or interlocutory relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
jl697 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players by email or by prominent notice on the jl697 platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the jl697 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
